LegalTech 2.0 Is Here!
LegalTech 1.0 arrived over the past few years, made some promises, showed some encouraging glimpses, and ultimately failed to deliver. Are you disappointed by the current AI legal tools promising redlines for your contracts and delivering large blocks of replacement text? Are you tired of the hype around RAG, MCP servers, agents, finetuning and other technical buzzwords? Are you concerned that your legal documents are being mined for data and are used to train AI models? Are you worried that by using current LegalTech tools, you are losing trade secrets, breaching confidentiality towards your customers and vendors, and jeopardizing your intellectual property? Are you wondering if the "sandboxed" environment and "secure APIs" that are used to process your legal agreements can be used against you in future litigation? We are, and we developed the next generation AI technology to deliver on the promises of LegalTech.
Welcome to LegalTech 2.0! Our new AI technology for contracts analysis and negotiation does not need marketing, and does not fly on hype. Instead, it does what you expect from a top partner in a top law firm, or what an experienced general counsel with years of industry experience can do.
Imagine this: you run your legal contract through our AI pipeline, and you receive back a redlined document, in Microsoft Word format, with surgical changes that balance legal sophistication with commercial pragmatism. You do not get back whole sections replaced with your "standard language." You get back your agreement with targeted and limited changes that only the top lawyers with specialized knowledge in the industry could make.
Oh, and all of that while you preserve the attorney client privilege and the confidentiality of your legal agreement. Your agreement does not go to the cloud, and is not mined for data by multiple vendors (some of whom you would not even know are processing your agreements).
How do we do it? We run our own custom AI pipeline, using a combination of AI models developed in the US, and hosted on-premise by us. We have invested heavily in computing infrastructure that rivals the processing speed of top cloud providers, and we use that to process your legal documents in real-time.
Does our techology really work? How about this: multiple clients with deep experience in the industry are calling our techonlogy "magic" and "transformative." Yes, it is that good!
We are currently only making our technology available to our clients, but if you are interesting in a demo, let us know! We are scaling our infrastructure further, and we plan to make our AI pipeline available to a broader user base in the near future.
